Screen Printing workshop @ Chaap

Catch a glimpse of the screen printing workshop organised by Idiom Live in association with Chaap last Friday.
Chaap is a screen printing unit which is run by Ekta Manchanda, a senior designer at Idiom.

The half day hands on workshop took the participants through the process of screen printing right from exposing a screen to the final printing. Participants tried out printing on all types of materials right from paper, fabric, banboo, sponge, plastic and even glass.

An evening full of fun and experimentation.

There are more workshops that are been scheduled.
Hope to see you guys there.

A huge thank you to Ekta for organising the workshop for us.

One of the most recognized Indian artist Maqbool Fida Hussain, commonly referred to MF Hussain passed away on 9th June 2011.He was called the Picasso of India.

A designer in Idiom and a brilliant artist, Jayesh Sivan thought of giving a tribute to MF Hussain by making a portrait of  him. We hope the work of MF Hussain will keep inspiring young artists and all the other people of the community.
